we are having grilled shrimp with peanut sauce. I love this sauce it's great on any thing. Last time I made tai chicken roll ups with it. Those were great also so light and tasty.
3tbs creamy pb
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbs soy sauce i use the light low sodium stuff
4 t sugar, honey or splenda
1 tbs water
1 1/4 t rice wine vinegar
1 TBS dry cilantro
blend the pb and garlic after smooth. Add all the other items blend and serve. I bet it would be good with chile flakes if you like more heat.
