The sore truth I have Dequervain's Tenosynovitis in my left wrist, thumb. So today I got the joy of getting a Cortisone injection. They numb the area with a shot of cold liquid so odd. Then give the injection you can feel the pressure. I should be taking it easy since my wrist thumb is throbing.
